My money is on the CR. For 2 reasons: 1. Very low on cash (unless the CBA loan was not repaid) 2. LCK only have a 3 Month period (from the date of AGM) in which up to 60 Million shares can be issued (Resolution 6 as approved by holders in the 2019 AGM and also flagged by the Board as being required for Working Capital):
If LCK are struggling to find investors, then I would expect one of the top 2 holders to come to the rescue. Again. At what cost to holders this time?
