Well they get a good 27.5% discount if we value the shares at 20c and the options at 10c, but I guess CKK are not in a very strong position and that's what it takes.

Hopefully this will be the last capital raising we will need and surely a lot of the $10 million raised will be going to building the next rigs. Not great but it will set the company up for good and hopefully there will be nothing holding the company back now.

I for one am happy that this hasn't been offered to existing holders because without a doubt the sp would have been sold down to the offer price until the raising closed so people can make a small arbitrage profit.
