Just wondering whether it would be beneficial to release EPD prior to 18 December, the closing date for acceptances under the Entitlement Offer? Wouldn't that ensure a high take up or is not legal for them to do that whilst there is an offer in place?
I see that the Directors reserve the right not to proceed with the offer at any time before the allotment and issue of shares. I guess I could live with that if it meant that a partnership was set in place. At least it would be a win/win for us, with all bases covered. Funding of the phase 2 trial is guaranteed regardless.
