I’ve answered my own question….
Asso’o free shares were still in play at the Dec 21 half yearly report, in fact they were expensed then as a cost of acquisition, and considered likely to be issued.
Not sure CAY could walk away from the obligation so we will have to swallow that rat in due course.
But the point I was making was more to do with the reality of facilitation.
