I am satisfied the 2 tranches totalling 50m are still in play, but if you're going to ask questions, ask if Asso'o (facilitator) is seeking more shares before signing the MC, given the parlous state of their freebies being 25% of expectations when the deal was done.
I'd like to hear 'absolutely not', but if there was any deflection, then I think we know whats holding things up
This type of last minute activity has been chronicled in Cameroon in the recent past, (google 'virtual mining cameroon') so I don't rule it out
