Either way as long as it's within 10% of market (preferably at a premium) and not after this drop e..g. let it steady for a few weeks and get back around that $1.20-$1.30 mark I won't be concerned.
Raising to continue progress on the project is not a bad cap raise.... it's only if it's done at a significant discount to market that I'd be annoyed.
