With Cicero underwriting...i think this like an insurance policy as lm pretty sure they dont really want the hassle of injecting cash... lm fairly sure tgey will want the CR as high as possible to bring the oppies into play day 1.
Positive results and we move forward considerably.....10 days VWAP the key here...lots of pump before suspension to guarantee CR uptake....and remember there is SOW pending....they might even spruik there is a partner ready to go...maybe no names but possibly a $ value... Certainly worth considering.....

IMO there is good chance relist at 20c....
Time will tell.
