Circumstances have changed IMO. Most importantly the company has turned around from needing funds to stay solvent to funds for accelerating products.
The key point was the confirmation from WP in his email that the company is still on track to break even.
Thats confirmation today May 2018 that earnings guidance is good. If investors had any concerns, that should help them relax.
