The 4C and covenant breaches dont support your theory that this CR is anything but to provide us additional buffer for day to day operations. Somebody here asked whether PFG had put the hard word on management to inject additional equity in response to breaches in covenants that began in December but we didnt first hear about until a few months later. I was livid reading about that first breach months after it happened. Its a valid question. Did PFG put the hard word on management? Hmm.
