TH was announced at 7.17pm onto HC website, so what happened overnight to know that it already was a 65/35 JV on the sale of this lease to MUS.
How can it be anned as possible in the TH notice to a definate CR in the space of 12 hrs and the term sheet conditions released by SIs on a PRICE SENSITIVE TH. ???? If all is true then the only dot missing in the puzzle is the cost factor for the new acquired tenement.
Now that this has already been released to the market via HC leaks, where or what now is the "to facilitate an ORDERLY MARKET." At the moment it is in chaos mode already knowing the rushed CR that was changed from Thats crazey tweet to POSSIBLE in the TH and now leaked it is a definate CR of $$3.5 m to a related party only to SI to facilitate a very speedy CR.
