One of the reasons for any future CR will likely be to allow decent-sized instos to get on the register - something which should be in the interests of all shs. A loose register and a dearth of powerful support has been a major problem for the sp for far too long.
As for 'us poor slobs', we haven't had a chance to buy in? The shares have been languishing at next-to-nothing for months, available in reasonable quantity and just begging to be bought. Many here are stuffed to the gills with the things as a result. I rather doubt shares in a CR will be available to anyone at anything like the 5.5-6c they could have got them on market only two weeks ago, and I certainly hope not. Nuheara has no need to issue equity at stupid prices.
