    Not really sure I follow your logic. So the institutions haven't had the same opportunity as retail investors to buy in over the last few weeks at these prices? The CR purpose is not to allow decent sized instos to get on the register, they can right now and probably are. The reason you do a CR is to raise funds. The problems with CR which are just instos is that it generally occurs with a significant discount to the market prices. Why should institutions be just the ones to benefit from these discounts?
    As for 5.5-6c where did that figure come from?
    finally i'd just say to your statement "the shares have ben languishing at next to nothing" you might need to get a reality check. The share price shot up on potential, sold off through profit takers and found a fair value. Given they haven't sold units until the last quarter I think you are being a bit unrealistic. It is really from now that the technology becomes commercialised and it becomes a question of whether management can run a business. From what I have seen I would suggest the answer is yes and from here comes your rewards for showing patience....
