yawn... you guys make me laugh
I don't disagree, but not for the reasons you say - you guys act as though you have a unique insight into the company's treasury - you couldn't possibly know what the cash requirements might be for the forthcoming period, current sales levels, let alone what commercial arrangements might be in place with partners, ams etc...
however, this is a tech startup in growth mode with great products - why on earth wouldn't it need capital?
they're right in the hotspot of technology at CES, TODAY - with Moelis covering, what about some new, large, cornerstone investors with a long term industry view, tighter register going forward, what's not to like?
if the ducks are quacking...
