I reckon it will be done at 3.5c and possibly a free option of some sort say 1 for 3 or so exercisable slightly at a higher price of say 5c and may be raising say $5 mil in total and for what, I say needs cash badly but not any major announcement is my take. I observed these guys for a while but can't see them doing anything else apart from what I said. lets see. Cheers.
