Just thot I would post this... Food for thought given that many believe the MD and Board are not that accountable.
They are in the box seat to drive the "Public" company direction and hence its goals and then the interest of the Shareholders investment.

12.3 cents against the CR is going to be a long road to recovery let alone breaking the high of 35 + cents.

What Does a Board of Directors Do?

In general, the board makes decisions as a fiduciary on behalf of shareholders. Issues that fall under a board's purview include the hiring and firing of senior executives, dividend policies, options policies, and executive compensation. In addition to those duties, a board of directors is responsible for helping a corporation set broad goals, supporting executive duties, and ensuring the company has adequate, well-managed resources at its disposal. Essentially, B of D is responsible for oversight of management's actions to ensure that the company's vision is being adhered to.

The board of directors should represent both management and shareholder interests and include both internal and external members.

The board has a responsibility to represent and protect the member’s/investor’s interest in the company.
