To be fair the prospectus does add to some confusion. Look at note 1 and note 2 from the prospectus to see what I mean.
I totally believe Sam has this right. And he is supported by further text that states short fall money needs to be sorted by mid year and the trial starting. This needs to be clearly communicated once it is sorted for the share price to move.
