cr to be at 0.10 (?)

I've just done a quick calculation of volume and price over the last 5 trading days (volume weighted average will be used to determine CR price)

Other than today I don't have the specific VWP for all the days so I took a conservative average

If you add up the number of shares traded in the last five days it comes to 9,983,422

If you multiply the number of shares traded each day by the (approx) volume weighted average and add up all five days you get a figure of $1,189,183

Therefore divide $1,189,183 by # of shares traded 9,983,422
gives you a five day volume weighted average price of


0.119.....

lets call it 0.12 for arguments sake


IMO the CR is going to come in at 0.10

could be wrong, have been many times but I made the 0.10 call on the 27/05/11....

In my opinion JG and the team have carefully waited for a day like today with a high turnover and an increase in price to call the TH. It firms up the price and now the negotiations with interested parties begin.

Smart move with the current volatility in world markets. Combine this with the fact that management have just tipped in a lot of their own cash into the Co. and I'd say that you're a fool if you don't believe that management want the best outcome for shareholders and are determined to bring this to fruitition under the best possible terms given current circumstances.

Just remember JG was already a major holder of shares. No one tips ~$250K extra into a company they are managing on a whim. He knows more about whats coming than anyone
