    Under the terms of meeting it can only issue up to 80 million shares. That will be enough at 10 cents to get them 100% of the resource.

    Don't want them to issue any more as bank funding will pay for all the work required to get into production.

    No point in diluting us any more than neccessary with annual production being doubled.
