Only reason I did it now was to get it out of the way and force my hand so to speak. That way its done, its locked in, cant change my mind and as I had the $15K now, better to do it, than spend it elsewhere. Plus there is a clause that says Directors may change the dates of closure of offer etc - that's a small concern.
Did the sale from the boot of an unregistered car in a parking lot in the middle of the night - better for all that way
