That assumes everyone applies for the full amount of $15k and about 1/2 to 1/3 will not. History has shown that even for deep in the money issues there is still significant failure to take it up. Hence why Blue Ocean underwrote it.

We will get between $4k - 10K of shares for $15,000. It wont be 15k and it wont be 3K, it will be in between. I say $6.5k.... anything over $10K is a gift, anything less is $5K is a pain.

I wonder what happens after the first scale.......can those that wanted more get a scaled proportion if its undersubbed. Which it will be on law of math and history. SPP's are never oversubbed unless there are less then 10 holders. This has thousands and as high as 5000 as you and Anush say.

Either way Im in for $15k. See what happens. Its a lottery but with a guaranteed result of some return. I will however wait until the last day to pay. For my personal use of capital purposes.

I sold some at 62c to pay for full allocation and its 66c so its already a dangerous exercise if I am personally underallocated. Meaning Im down $1K in profit on $15k. Essentially a Penalty for selling.

If PLS rises to 76c before my penalty is greater. The risk is still to the upside given newsflow.

Known Unknowns. Certainly not Known Knowns. lol.
