I got my Pilbara letter at 3pm 27th yesterday- Australia Post has hit rock bottom and continue to dig.
They are in the process of destroying Startrack- what used to be a Rolls Royce service is now getting wobbly. I had a recent complaint re lost parcel with Startrack which was handled by Australia Post management--- so Sad
Also an ordinary mail package under 500 grams took ELEVEN days to get to me from Perth suburb to Sunshine Coast.
Most stuff I do now that is interstate is express bags with AP- the heavier stuff with Startrack.
I would say that they only work under pressure 'like a rat cornered' but even the rat is ignoring me
