Its BPAY but for the $ difference from how much you subscribed to up to $15k and that you don't receive in PLS shares, that $ difference is then mailed back as a cheque. Still as a rule SPP's are undersubbed simply because not every one can participate.

Recall the SPP was a kind gesture to allow small holders to not be left out. It sets a new Management standard ALL companies should abide by.
Whilst every one will be scaled, no one can over subscribe and not all about 1/2 wont...so I will say you will get between $7-10k worth of shares and closer to $7 than $10K. A good estimate even for in the money retail issues, there will be shortfall. Mums and dads rasing families, people overseas, Older shareholders, Younger shareholders.
That's why Blue Ocean only underwrote the SPP...besides its a hell of signal the PLS SPP would be "in the money" right ?
