As we all know...the recent CR was done with the average share price of $0.26...it raised about $11mil...at the time of this writing...the share price is about $0.22...the drop in share price is not due to MBE's fault but due to the mood of the segment as a whole...so if u look at it..the CR was done at a 15% premium at todays price...had the management done CR today ..that would have been $1million or less in the piggy bank..well i am pretty sure the management did not time the CR but the timing was good i must say.
