Well it is always good when a small CR is done successfully. To be honest I have never heard about Darwin Strategic Limited until today so I had a look at their website and they have an interesting statement about how they view investing on their "about us" tab:
"Darwin Strategic is an institutionally held investment company operating through two distinct segments: Proprietary Investing and Liquidity Finance. We are growth company-focused and actively seek high impact companies looking for expansion capital."
From that statement they may have the view that OEX has the potential to be high impact and worthy of expanding? Interesting times ahead
