Varun is an Indian company, Torian went into the deal with financial commitments spelt out. I don't think it would be good form to be borrowing from Varun. These types of deals and relationships are built on respect and 'face' I don't think this conversation is going to be constructive and you should have no doubt it is being watched.

A small CR is no big deal, done all the time; issue some shares get some cash, standard practice with only minor downside.

Jerry I like the concept of giving holders or option holders an advantage however I believe it would be difficult from an administration perspective.

They'll get some cash, we'll get results that confirm it is still viable and we'll all move forward.

If we want a conversation how about someone analyse the Ardlethan project and it's prospects, costs, barriers etc.
