Another optionis the directors and their associates stump in some cash/loans.
It wouldnt be the first time that they have dug into their pockets to keep this company afloat. (with associated options as recompense of course).
They obviously cant do this forever but with a potential income in the next 12 months they could possibly keep the company afloat till then.
