As I've said this week before; I don't expect a CR before the SP moves a bit. They can easily wait out another quarter, and by then they'll have some initial gold production I'd imagine (even if they have to get it sifted with manual labour in the short term).

Right now, I expect they will wait out till they can sufficiently prove the resource to interest/satisfy the market, because that could easily double the SP, and therefore halve the number of shares they'd hypothetically have to issue for the same amount raised. Doing a CR prior to that is just plain wasteful.

And then there is the very real possibility that if the price of gold holds up and they get some easy initial production that they can hold off indefinitely and ramp-up the effort from the proceeds generated.

I think there's a good chance they'll opt for a CR at some point along the line to speed up the SP appreciation, but there is a small (but nonzero) possibility they might avoid a CR altogether.

(So anyone hoping to get a cheap CR, I wouldn't hold my breath for now)
