There is no doubt about the wet conditions varuka, however from a high of 2.8c, and subsequent announcement of placement from 2.2c, and now the last transaction of 1.8c is indeed a very very big discount.I will get a few at this level and prepare to wait a couple more months with it, if need to be, we may still get what we want. It won't be that easy, but with the expertise we can still achieve.
The locals are aware of the difficulties but do not have the means or expertise to go about it.
