Don't know enough but in June this year there was an SPP - Not sure if you can do two in a year? and I don't know if there would be enough time to do a rights issue between now and deal close. Already need a shareholders meeting so all tight for year end.
They have also consistently issued shares higher each time for around 18 months as I understand it.
Don't think the market really rates them yet - I am not sure whether I would like the share to rerate now or after 18 months time when a few DRP's have been had and the company has plan has unfolded further.
