Just had a look at IDC capital raising... wow.
The brief look I had at what they've got, I cant see why they managed to raise capital at a 30% odd premium to their last closing price, while our amazing MD manages to screw us into giving a huge discount.
I wasn't happy at the change in direction in the first place, but now seeing we've dished out shares for a lot less then what we could've got, something clearly stinks.
Anyone care to comment as to why IDC managed to get such a premium? Am I way off in feeling like we've completely robbed?
