I proberly am wrong I can only speculate as to how this happened bm maybe the large holders have decided that they are tired of waiting to get this show on the road and this opportunity came up and they changed there direction and jumped on it.Really itihnk only time will tell,then when all the facts are received we can make an informed decision for ourselves.I am wondering why the shareprice hasn't fallen to 2.4c usually that is what happens after a SPP of this nature maybe the market sees this as positive 180 degree flip I know I was very disappointed when I read the announcement
