    welcome to the murky world of having too many shares on issue.. IVR can take full responsibility for that

    IVR is no longer a tightly held, junior explorer, unfortunately, this is the result

    more liquidity and more opportunity for late comers, holding large swathes of shares to manipulate the life out of it... seems like plenty of the activity is on the Chi X exchange as well
