In contrast to some of the commentary here it's not hard to make a case that VXL's cash raise has been exquisitely timed, raising $15M @ 70c in contrast to $10M @ 20c barely nine months ago, in an environment not terribly favourable to junior miners.
While those that choose not to participate will take some dilution they will own a much stronger company well cashed up to execute, and perhaps to take advantage of additional new potential.
