Below is the state of play so far re discounts for the large end of town placements so far and outside of the banks and REITs the discounts are 14% to 45%
I would expect BGT CR will be in that 15 to 20% discount to either the last traded price and/or VWAP. The good thing is that they said they had enough money they believed to get to registration and continue do some work so it would be fair to assume this CR will advance current work on other verticals and facilitate other work/discussions with other groups. I am sure they will look after all the retail investors with a SPP !! These guys have managed their money very well since the IPO and this could be the last and only time they need to come to market before a bigger commercial deal is executed .
