I totally agree with your analysis. The market cap for CR1 is about $7.5m. There is approx. $5m in the bank. Therefore, an Enterprise Value of $2.5m only.
It wouldn't take much for this stock to rise from $2.5m.
Yes, if LEG and neighbouring companies find a good Nickel deposit in the Fraser area - CR1 will benefit from the general rise in sentiment.
Also, if CR1 finds a good deal, then it should rise nicely.
Further, if CR1's proposed 10 drilling sites hit Nickel - well the sky's the limit as they say (eg. $300m market cap like LEG or a NOVA).
