Okay guys just a quick update, I have sold my slow ass moving #CR8 position as I am tired of waiting for this news to drop. It's pending soon, and it's great for a short term hold for those interested. However, I have decided to sell due to the fact that I am now going to start FRESH! Reducing from 3 positions to now just #4CE and #CMY which will shortly get dumped into the next spike FYI
Here are my thoughts and reviews before, during, and exiting the trade (JUICIEST BITS, BEST TO LEARN FROM) P.S SORRY TO BE THE GUY TO MAKE IT LOSE IT'S GAINS YESTERDAY because as soon as I sold price went to 4c LOL xx

Before buying:
*Noticed a decline of sellers, and an interest of buyers, with knowledge of CR at 4c being my support as RISK.
*It previously tested 4.7c so I was thinking IF it can break that with some volume to support it can breakout towards atleast 5.5c - 5.7c
*Planned to hold as a DT - but thought it's probably better for a shorter term hold as it has some good catalysts going forward.
Entering trade: 17TH AUGUST @ 10:26am
*Position Size = 32,608 @ 4.7c
I was perhaps too early to buy this as I should have waited towards the afternoon, AS IT WASN'T A BREAKOUT! It retraced lower, I could have got some more shares for cheaper price
2ND TRADE TO AVERAGE: 21st AUGUST @ Market Open
*Position Size = 14,878
*Still not many seller volume, the buyers are also starting to show higher dollar value/shares owned. No reason to sell and looking good for my short term hold.

Exiting Comments:
*Sold today at 4.1c for a loss of -$262.89 IF MY MATHS IS CORRECT including what I payed on brokerage and all (if someone can confirm that be great, don't need MATH to make money)
*TIRED of waiting for news, kinda needed to give it more patience I know that. THIS will be my 3rd trade selling before good anticipated POSITIVE news JUST LIKE #THD selling 1hr before Microsoft news seeing a dwindling SP, and just #SMN, having a great buy catching the bottom, but waiting and cutting losses 2 days too early as next day SMN then went to $2 almost. Now it's worth watching for a dip-buy but not liquid enough for me FOR a D/T.
*IDGAF I WANT TO START FRESH I DO NOT CARE ABOUT A SMALL INITIAL LOSS HOLDING A POSITION WISHING AND HOPING BECAUSE AT ANY DAY EVEN IF NEWS COMES OUT, IT COULD BE TERRIBLE!

LESSONS LEARNT:
1. Being prepared ahead of time as I am notorious for DOESN'T MEAN sheet, if you don't have the balls to pull the buy or sell button.
2. As patient as I am, I don't think shorter term holds are FOR me, when I am seeing better plays almost every damn day to increase capital VERY quickly IF you study!!
3. To elaborate point 1, this morning I had a chance to sell out of #CR8 but didn't. Knowing and anticipating #4CE to do big things and especially calling days and hours AHEAD of time that IF NEWS CAME OUT MONDAY it will be great for SP especially if volume comes and boy today's volume was MINT! All those buyers <3
SO the point I am trying to make is, I COULD HAVE sold and bought more #4CE catching 2day's morning spike

As you have shared so much can I share as well. I am very interested in CR8 but what is holding me back is that the company wanted another $2m recently and failed to get it. Having gone through some painful processes in the past (most recently through ADO) when a company tries to raise more money and doesn't get it then you assume they will be back. Sure the SP could be higher but the people that know this are selling to you on all spikes and getting ready for the next raise.

This company looks excellent but the register needs sustainable support and the company some more cash. Happy to be proven wrong on this point but it might help you in your future entry points. I know mine have been terrible when I didn't take these factors into account.
