Look at it this way.. What if a little delay means a bell ringing rocket launch because the delivery team in their testing just spend a little longer to make sure it is perfect ??..

Imagine it the CEO of every other major insurer gores to Play With Nationwide's Rosie the day of launch and BAM.. They have to have it too because they quickly realise that they are playing catch up at the speed of light..

I would rather the launch be slightly delayed and have a perfect entrance..

You see there is another thing we learn with CX.. Customer Experience.. If you say it is amazing the the doubters and the believers will line up for weeks to see it for themselves.. At that time if it is Shite they will tell the world and know one will ever return....

If it is Perfect however they will do the same and millions will come and talk about it....

That is the aim of this game..


So cut the negative, for the sake of negative, shite and let them do their job..
