I guess the gap theory will come into play now
IMO its been worked over by the pro's so that no one takes up the rights issue entitlement as they can buy on market cheaper. Ironside Capital will then underwrite the whole thing. Lapping up all the free options.
If this is infact the plan, im ok with that. Keeps the register tighter.
