· Board, Management and vendors of HPAA (HPAA Pty Ltd is the private entity Sinetech acquired via RTO and renamed as Corella Resources) well represented equal to approx. 31%

· Top 20 from listing to 30^th September largely unchanged

· Great Cash position ~ $4.5mil in cash:

o significant drilling program completed at Tampu and Maiden JORC resource announcement imminent

· “On 16 August 2021, the Company announced that outstanding assay results had been received for the initial 114 hole drilling program with thick, shallow drillhole intercepts confirming the spectacularhigh purity of Tampu’s bright white kaolin.

· “Results for the Tampu kaolin -45µm wet sieved fraction reported a very high yield of 57%grading 37.5% Al2O3. Importantly, the Tampu assays reported very low levels of impurities across allfour critical deleterious elements (Fe2O3; K2O; Na2O & TiO2) ideal for when targeting supply into technology and other high value markets.”

· “The broad intercepts of bright white kaolin with low impurities at shallow depths confirm the geological model produced by Corella from existing historical drilling completed in 1995 and 2019.”

· “Drill hole assays confirm Tampu Kaolin Project is Australia’s highest puritykaolin with extremely low levels of impurities, which is critical to all existing markets and end user products. The high purity kaolin with low impurities across all four critical impurities distinguishes it as a leading kaolin project globally and its potential suitabilityfor use as feedstock in the HPA industry.”

· “On 19 May 2021, the Company announced that it had lodged an exploration licence application E70/5744 with the Department of Mining, Industry and Resources Safety covering ~89.06 km2 (30 blocks). The new area under application represented a 108% increase in the Company’s landholdings at the flagship Tampu kaolin project.”

· “On 14 September 2021, the Company announced it had significantly expanded its regional scale landholding at the Tampu Kaolin Project. Exploration licence applications E70/5882 and E70/5883 were lodged with the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DMIRS) covering a further 595.88 km2 (201 blocks). The areas now under application represents a 446%increase in the Company’s landholdings at Tampu, up from 172.15km2 (58 blocks)to 768.03km2 (259 blocks).”

Now the Annual Report is out of the way, the MRE will be announced shortly based on Management’s announcements which stated they were expecting results back from external consultants by late Sept. If they have been received, Management should be in a position to analyse and report to shareholders imminently.

IMO….The outlook for CR9 over the next 12 months is exciting based on the quality of the resource already announced…. Tampu KaolinProject is Australia’s highest purity kaolin with extremely low levels ofimpurities… a leading kaolin project globally and its potential suitabilityfor use as feedstock in the HPA industry.

The road map ahead and catalyst for SP re-rating over next 6-12 months:

· MRE

· Testing of samples for suitability for HPA industry

· Off take agreements based on above sample test results

· Modelling of project valuation based on the above
