That's awesome! The best beer batter fish I have ever tasted was made by my mates old man, fresh Whiting and Herring fillets with a Swan Lager batter. Cooked on a small kero primus burner in an ole shack just out of Jurien. Those were the days!!!
If I make it now, I use the real nectar too. Slay a couple while I'm at it!!
