    While I expect that would taste pretty good I think some of your ingredients over power the delicate flavour of using lobster or crab ie jerk past and soy sause.

    LOL I can't get over how you have liquid smoke on just about every thing

    You can buy Campbell's fish stock, IMO is quite good
