BB, I’ve often heard people say that they want a herb garden ( my wife is a prime example) but each time they try to get one going, it dies.
It doesn’t take much commitment to pour a bit of water on in the evening, preferably with a beer or wine in the hand.
Of course they have to find the correct spot for the plants ( wife seems to think that plants should grow were she wants them regardless of sun/shade/wind ).
It doesn’t take much brain power to work out that a particular plant may need a different position if you have killed 3-4 in the same spot
PS My wife has a MDegree, obviously not in horticulture though, so I don’t want people to think she is a bonehead ( although she did marry me )
