Japanese barbecue prawns:
Barbecue raw shelled prawns mainly on one side on the charcoal webber.
Finish off with a few splashes or lemon juice and vodka.
Serve with mayo made by blending the following:
One cup of olive oil.
Two egg yolks.
A few splashes of soy sauce.
Also serve with some lemon juice and chipotle sauce.
Traditional recipe.
