The last PCL said about the Kenya seismic was that it was due to be finalised by the end fo December03 so it must be close now.
In my humble opinion, If WPL agree to proceed (and you can all read the terms of the deal) then the share price should be around 20 cents. The market is favouring junior oilers so it might be even more.
At the same stage in the development of Mauritania, HDR received a speeding ticket as their shareprice headed towards 20 cents.
I am not a trader and I will see through the drilling in Kenya and Malta. Then have a look at how Eritrea is progressing.
I have not sold one PCL share and do not intend to sell any.
