I believe this is just a 1/4 of the re-evaluation. Next stop .26 once it clears .14 - Significant portions of the Graphiter community are waiting to see the .14 decision level to be broken in my opinion.
Because of the extreme Peer imbalance and how extremely the market oversold, the sellers are going to hold on for the ride up to the .90 - 1.20 range. There is a great deal of historical precedent for this. Time after time the market is showing us what it thinks of Graphite, the future safe havens and the companies that are acquiring the high grade useful positions.
Speculators like to see news flow and like to see historical precedent. Traditionally companies did not cross-pollinate there shareholders across the industry as much as it is now. The information technology is allowing buyers to receive massive gains across the industry with less risk because they have access to information that traditionally the wealthy received.
Long-termers are like bees looking for blooming flowers at their earliest stage. Instead of keeping it in-house (Banks/Brokerages/Funds) now they go back and dance and share it with their swarm and we see extreme movements (SYR) in only months of time whereas it used to take years. Huge amounts of capital are up for grabs like never before as Europe, BRIC nations, US/Canada are looking to survive the coming collapse.
So MRL will find its true assessment dramatically but deeper inside this Uptrend/peer imbalance/price correction is deeper global cracks and imbalances. The Fires of debt are raging, Australia is a strategic Asset of the Global Hegemonies, we are the jewel in the global crown and they all are going to favor our companies. Consequently expect mergers, cross-business relationships, cross acquisitions and massive capital offerings and raisings.
MRL's CR is very conservative, I think they could have raised double or triple very comfortably, if you doubt this check out SYR's CR of 35 million!
Australia is drawing down debt right now and engaging in tax reform, beyond this we need to know we are entering pre-colonial times, those market were more piratical/violent/wild then we have ever seen. Don't be surprised if a bank just starts buying up MRL and others just to insure themselves from what is coming. Those who know that the solutions of the rest of the world in 2008 just reduced flames for the top 1%, know that we have seen nothing yet.
American expansion would have saved them 50 years ago but the BRICS and Europeans are too strong now and too wary of manipulations. Most American wars are preceded by False-flag self inflicted wounds! (Example the Gulf of Tomkin Incident never happened! - How many Aussies died in that war?)
We as a nation need Swiss neutrality above all else, the empires are collapsing, we need to say this to ourselves every time we open our eyes in the morning because to understand this one fact is crucial in my opinion to save ourselves. Many Aussies don't even know what Deflation or Inflation is let alone what happens when they are both accelerating at the same time across the globe :( Example: Bond Collapse.
Some markets will rise 70% and some most will fall 70% - this is conservative. Dusting off old economic history books about per-colonial economics may be a wise decision...
Who here lived through the last great depression? What is coming is sovereign collapse not great depression. Right now all the crazy decisions that make no sense like America giving up control of the internet (Not in their sovereign well-being!!!) are driven by the banks and European elite protecting the internet from Americas demise.
Considering Macro Economics is not in most traders wheel house but it is in the commercial investors, that is why I am saying that today's move is just a 1/4 of what is to come so enjoy the ride.
When will MRL crack .14 and sail on up to .40? Who knows...
What do you think?
Kind Regards
