Chartered accountant and liquidator David Levi has been appointed to act as administrator of two wholly owned Harvey Norman subsidiaries in Western Australia and one in Victoria.
The affected stores are O'Connor and Mandurah in Western Australia, and Bendigo in Victoria, the retailing giant said moments before the Australian share market closed.
Mr Levi was being sought for comment.
