IMO before you make a purchase in a new multi-storey construction, ask yourself this question:
1. have any politicians (including councillors) or builder or architect or engineer or any of their immediate family members purchase in this building using their own money ?
if not, stay clear!!
I recommend you purchase older units. They may not be as fancy, but your investment is secure.
