no they don't. No Brewery in Oz uses those kegs. Because of the tax as it used to be, there are literally no 30 ltr kegs available and will not be in the future. The cost to get them now into the country and the transport cost of filled kegs, it will not be viable in the future. Thanks to John Howard, who introduced this small container tax for all units under 49.5 ltr. Bottles and cans (of beer) are the same.
