Racist or not, Kerr will have to face court - will be interesting what her defence is, and if it is to do with the contemporary meaning of "racist" it could be a precedent.
But on the definition. If a middle class black yank talks about "white trailer trash", it would be racist.
So, it doesn't follow that only white people can't be subject to racism, as some have claimed on other threads.
