Craig Hart hotline

Hi all,
As you're no doubt aware, management seem to have determined that the optimal approach to the release of project news is through one-on-one phone conversations with Craig.
This is a novel approach to the transmission of project information which appears, at face value, to be both inefficient and ineffective. Nevertheless, I'm willing to put my doubts aside. I'm creating this thread so that people who have found the time and energy to phone through to the hotline can share highlights of their interactions with Craig. Also, if anyone has a specific question, perhaps someone post it here and the next caller could put it to Craig and feed the response back to this forum.
